How do I place an order?

All orders are placed directly through the website.
Simply choose your product, select any options or add-ons, and check out as normal.

For custom cookies, please make sure all required fields are completed before checkout — this helps ensure your order is made correctly and on time.

Do you take last-minute orders?

​

Availability varies depending on workload and the time of year.

Seasonal boxes and launches are limited quantity and often sell out, so ordering early is always recommended.
For custom orders, please allow at least 3 weeks to the date needed.

Are all products available year-round?

​

No — many products are seasonal or limited edition.

Seasonal boxes are released as part of specific drops throughout the year, with set quantities. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Custom cookies and brand cookies are available year-round, subject to availability.

Custom Cookies & Order Forms

How do I order custom cookies?

​

Custom cookies require a completed order form.

The form allows you to tell me:

• the occasion

• theme or wording

• quantity

• colour preferences

• any important details

• Date Needed By

Orders without a completed form may be delayed or declined, as I need this information to create your cookies correctly.

Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. Orders needed before 3 weeks may be cancelled.

Can I request specific colours or themes?

​

Yes — for custom cookies, colour matching and themes are available where possible.

Please note:

• Some finishes (such as flavoured fondant) naturally change colour

• Not all designs are suitable for all flavour or colour combinations

If something won’t work, I’ll always let you know.

How do I send photos or images for my cookies?

our order forms for both the dipped boxes and sugar cookies have the option to upload your own inspiration pics or photos for me to print

General Availability & Important Notes

Can I make changes after ordering?

​

Minor changes may be possible if requested early, but once work has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Personalised and custom items cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

When should I order to avoid disappointment?

 ​

Custom Sugar Cookies 
Please order at least 3 weeks in advance where possible. My diary can fill up quickly, especially around weekends and busy periods, so the earlier you book, the better.
Dipped Party Boxes
Please give as much notice as possible, particularly for larger orders or specific themes. Everything is made to order and availability is limited each week.
Edible Print & Business Cookies
For larger quantities, events or business orders, please enquire as early as possible so I can make sure I have enough time to create your order.

​LEAD TIMES & DELIVERY DATES

 

When ordering, please tell me the date you actually need your treats for — your party, birthday, event or occasion — rather than the date you'd like them delivered.
For posted orders, I plan dispatch so your treats should arrive approximately 2–3 days before your required date, giving us a little breathing room before the big day.
Need something sooner? Just ask! If I have availability, I'll always try my best to fit you in. 💜
